What if I can't find a particular wedding gown/dress design I'm looking for?
If you like to have a wedding gown/dress design that we do not show here,please send us a picture of it to lili@hotmail.com and description of it.

What is our return policy?
We have return policy only for the dress in standard sizes.And we don't afford shippment fee.

Can it be sended back and have a free adjustment?
Yes,we provide free adjustment.But we don't afford shippment fee.

How long does it take to receive my gown?
Usually we need 7-15 days(depends on the quantity)to finish one order.And the delivery time is about 3-6 days for you to get dress in hands.

How can I clean a dot on the gown?
Use a brush with soap water.

How can I handle a problem of zipper?
Please make some soap on zipper and try to handle it.

Can our dress be enlarged?
Yes,please send the dress to professional tailor.It can be enlarged by 10CM(4 inches).Because we leave fabric at side.
